How capacity works
Three rules, no fine print.
Capacity = pages × frequency. A 1,000-page site scanned weekly uses ~4,000 pages of monthly capacity. The dashboard shows the meter at all times.
Unlimited root domains and subdomains within your capacity. Split it across one big site or thirty small ones — the meter is the only limit.
Evidence continuity is never silently broken. At capacity, you’re notified and scanning continues at reduced frequency until the cycle resets — logged in the ledger like everything else.

Straight answers
The questions procurement asks.
What counts as a page?
One rendered URL per scan. A 1,000-page site scanned weekly consumes ~4,000 pages of monthly capacity. Redirects and asset files don’t count.
What happens if we hit capacity?
You’re notified and scanning continues at reduced frequency until the cycle resets — logged in the ledger. Monitoring is never silently stopped; a hole in your evidence helps nobody.
Why is there no per-scan pricing?
Because it would reward you for scanning less, and the entire point is a continuous record. Capacity pricing keeps the incentive honest on both sides.
Can we change plans?
Any time, from the billing portal — upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next cycle. Your ledger and history carry over untouched.
Do you sign a DPA?
Yes, on all paid plans. Journey payloads are redacted to selectors and rule IDs before upload, credentials never leave your tester’s browser, and scanning is EU-hosted — the DPA reflects exactly that.
Does buying this make us compliant?
No tool can make you compliant, and we won’t claim to. We monitor, document and prove the compliance work — the matrix shows precisely what’s machine-checked, human-verified, or still open.
